May/June Sketch Challenges

Hi Everyone, today we are sharing more challenges from the May/June Sketches.  I hope you are enjoying the challenge, and are finding this month's challenges inspiring.  I'm looking forward to seeing more of what everyone comes up with.
Love Is.. Leaving (it all Behind) by Claire Apostoloff (CT)
Claire has used patterned papers from Feature Art, Glitz, MME and Echo Park to create her layout.  She has fussy cut the map of Australia from the Feature Art paper to use as a base of focus for the sketch.  The background paper was rubbed with an inkpad in red and lastly, she has hand-stitched the borders in red also - which took Claire forever!

The plane has been cut from the Glitz paper, matted and covered in Dimensional Magic.  I've used dimensional tape to make it pop.  Loving the little flight path with the Bakers Twine and hearts too Claire. The wooden scroll has been smudged in gesso and I inked the chipboard hearts, but otherwise left them raw. The button is Jenni Bowlin and the letters are AC Thickers.
Just for You by Sarie Los
Sarie has made a gorgeous little Doggie card, with wet embossed sentiment, paw prints and bones.  Well done Sarie.

Thanks for sharing your creations girls, we're looking to seeing more being shared soon.
